Transgender Day of Visibility
Long Island Transgender Day of Visibility –Celebrate, Learn, Take Action
Monday, March 31 • 6:30PM – 8:30PM • Hauppauge Center
Long Island Trans Day of Visibility (TDOV) is a celebration honoring transgender and gender‑diverse people—their joy, resilience, and impact. It’s a time to uplift trans voices, recognize the trailblazers who paved the way, and acknowledge how powerful and lifesaving visibility can be.
In this program, we’ll highlight influential trans leaders, reflect together, and build a supportive space where everyone is respected. We’ll also engage in a hands‑on activity: creating postcards, sharing what trans visibility and justice mean to us, and affirming that trans lives matter every day.
No matter your relationship with the Transgender & Gender Diverse community, you’re welcome. Come as you are, be seen, and help create a more visible, just, and affirming world.
