This short-term group therapy program is designed for LGBTQ adults (18+) who are questioning, exploring, or seeking to affirm their identities related to gender and/or sexual orientation. Over the course of 4 weeks, participants will engage in a combination of psychoeducation, guided self-exploration, and supportive discussions. This group provides a safe, inclusive, and affirming space to explore aspects of identity that may feel difficult to share in other areas of life. Through structured exercises and open dialogue, participants will have the opportunity to process personal experiences, navigate internal and external barriers, and build greater self-understanding.
