Crafts & Conversations is a 4-week group is for LGBT teens (ages 13-18) who want to explore creative hobbies with other LGBT teens in a safe, affirming space. Sometimes, being an LGBT teen can be stressful, so each week we’ll dive into a different hands-on activity that helps you express yourself, manage stress, and maybe even make some new friends. You’ll meet people who get you, pick up new ways to cope, and build community while doing something new and fun.
Group meets on Mondays from 6:00PM-7:30PM on the following dates:
- 2/2: Crochet
- 2/9: Sewing
- 2/23: Sparkle & Shine with Diamond Painting
- 3/2 : Origami
Youth are encouraged to attend all four sessions, but you can come to as many as you’re able.
