NEED HEALTH INSURANCE?
Open Enrollment Extended Until June 15th!

With the closure of businesses across the state, many New Yorkers are at risk of losing their health insurance coverage as a result of COVID-19.  The LGBT Network can help.  The New York State of Health Marketplace has opened a special enrollment period, from now until June 15th, for Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare) Insurance.  If you have lost your insurance coverage during the COVID-19 crisis, our Health Insurance Navigator can guide you through the enrollment process for Marketplace Insurance, Medicaid, or Child Health Plus.  Now it can be done over the phone.

Call (347) 494-1180 or email csankar@lgbtnetwork.org to make an appointment today.

WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

As we all adjust to living in these unprecedented times and a new world, the LGBT Network wants to hear from you to better identify your needs and how we can serve our Long Island and New York City communities during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please fill out the form here and let us know how the LGBT Network can help you and your family. Thank you and please stay home, stay healthy and save lives.
