Karmen Paley (they/them) is the founder and matchmaker behind Karmen Connects. With experience supporting clients across the gender and sexuality spectrum, Karmen specializes in the unique dynamics of queer dating. Their work includes match recruiting, screening, date planning, and coaching—helping LGBTQ+ individuals build meaningful, lasting connections.
