Their commitment to uplifting our community is exemplified through this scholarship, which aims to empower LGBTQ+ individuals who may face barriers in accessing essential resources.
A Message from Stanley and Will
In their own words, Stanley and Will shared: “We felt that it was important to do the scholarship because we know that not everyone has access to the resources that they may need. Both Will and I experienced that ourselves throughout our lives, and to be able to support a program that provides essential services to people who may not have the resources to get it themselves is truly meaningful to us.”
The Impact of the Rivera-Lomangino Fund
The Rivera-Lomangino Fund will provide a safe space and the provision of services for one LGBT youth for one year. These services help build resiliency for LGBT youth, strengthening their ability to cope with the challenges they face, while also identifying the ways they can take action to create safe spaces. We are deeply grateful to Stanley and Will for their generosity and vision. Together, we are fostering a more inclusive and supportive environment for all.
