The LGBT Network proudly welcomes Jennifer Nyx (she/her) as the newest member of its Board of Directors. Jennifer’s professional expertise, deep Long Island roots, and commitment to inclusion bring fresh energy and perspective to the Board as the organization continues to grow its leadership for the future.
Jennifer is an award-winning real estate agent whose practical, yet passionate approach helps clients navigate everything from new construction to selling or finding their dream home. Born and raised on Long Island, she brings valuable local insight and a deep love for its seasons, beaches, culture, and diversity. A proud member of the LGBT community, Jennifer is committed to fostering inclusion, creating meaningful change, and empowering others to embrace their authentic selves. Married to her wife and a proud mom of two daughters, she looks forward to using her voice and experience to help shape a more inclusive and empowered future for the community.

Vitelli also noted the organization’s vision for Board growth:
“We are executing on our plan to grow the Board of Directors with people who are engaged with our programs and events, financially support the organization, and who demonstrate a contagious enthusiasm for our work for the LGBT community, their families, and support systems. With the addition of Jennifer, our Board of Directors has seven people. Our goal is to grow the Board to nine people before the Summer of 2026, and to 11 people by the close of 2026. We are positioning ourselves for a more robust set of offerings in the future.”
Kilmnick emphasized the organization’s enduring mission:
