The 2nd annual LGBT Network Workplace Summit held on Wednesday, October 19th 2022 convened over 30 companies with over 100 attendees from multiple sectors of business. The event’s Opening Plenary featured five LGBT people who shared their experiences in the workplace so companies can better shape their LGBT DEIB efforts.
The Summit programs included Driving Culture and Inclusion to attract and keep talent, helping grow LGBT Employee Resource Groups, tailoring the phases of talent management to improve LGBT Talent Plans, how to sustain employee engagement beyond pride month, and a closing session on how companies have adapted to a virtual world with their LGBT DEIB efforts.
