We are evaluating our Career program, and ask you to complete a brief survey that will just take a few minutes. We actively use feedback to constantly improve our programs and provide the community with the best possible services.
LGBT Network provides its programs free of charge because of grant support. As such, we are required to collect data for reporting purposes. The survey collects feedback that will assist us with better understanding the strengths of our programming as well as areas where we could improve. The survey also requests income data on program participants for one of our funders. The information you submit is anonymous.
