Come join us at LI SAGE Mingles, a fun hangout for older LGBT folks! Today Lisadiana Delaney will be giving a  presentation about Spoon Theory. She will talk about chronic, ” invisible illnesses”, perceptions of that, tips and advice for coping, preserving energy and daily life.
