Our Enrichment Series connects you with teachers, artists, and experts in a variety of interesting fields. We aim to introduce you to new and exciting activities to enrich your life.  Whether you pick up a new hobby or just enjoy a novel night out, all are welcome! This month, the artistic collective Verbal Animal will guide you through an active program that focuses on exploring and engaging with sound and other sensory experiences through creative and interactive physical activities. Move, heal, and connect in this open-level Sensory and Sonic Workshop, where music and movement guide Queer expression and self-discovery. Please wear clothes that allow movement and stretch. No dance or music training needed.
