This 6-week art therapy group is designed to support LGBTQ adults in navigating the emotional toll of today’s anti-LGBTQ climate. Through creative expression, participants will explore identity, process stress, and build coping skills in a safe, affirming space. 

By offering healthy outlets for emotion and connection, this group also supports substance use prevention and recovery, creating space for resilience, self-worth, and healing without relying on harmful coping strategies. No artistic experience is necessary—just a willingness to show up and be yourself.
