This interactive mind-body workshop for LGBTQ adults ages 18+ is all about emotions, self-care, and building practical coping skills in an affirming space.

Through discussion and hands-on activities, participants will explore how emotions affect the mind and body, and learn tools for managing stress and anxiety and how to respond to them with greater awareness and self-compassion. The workshop will include guided visualization, grounding exercises, breath-work, and mind-body activities.

When: Tuesday August 11, 2026 6:00 pm-8:00 pm

Where: NY LGBT Network // Hauppauge LGBT Center located at 125 Kennedy Drive, Suite 100.
