Ralph’s Famous Italian Ices & Ice Cream started in 1928 with Italian immigrant Ralph Silvestro and his truck making stops all around Staten Island selling water ice.  95-plus years after opening its flagship store, Ralph’s remains a hot-spot during the spring and summer months with over 80 locations in the tri-state area including all five boroughs, Long Island, New Jersey and Westchester.  While hours and months of operation vary from location to location, Ralph’s in Greenport is typically open from April to October.
