About the Role

ELC Online is seeking recent graduates to join us in an Associate, Global Customer Acquisition & Retention Technology.  Assigned to the Global CART team, the individual in this role will be provided on-the-job training for multiple sub-functions of the team including global media and digital partnerships, internal communications, and Advertising Technology.  This multi-faceted role will interface with several cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. 

Global Media & Digital Partnerships

  • Assist with meeting coordination, presentation development; maintain spend & highlights tracker
  • Partner with GM&P leads to support key pilots/initiatives
  • Work with GM&P leads to coordinate Global Partner Summits, including but not limited to meeting coordination details, attendee tracking, feedback summaries, and materials circulation
  • Develop and distribute event recaps to GM&P & Global Online leadership
  • Monitor event feedback and identify opportunities to improve future events

Internal Communications

  • Partner with GM&P leads to document and cascade marketing opportunities and capabilities to ELC brands and regions. Serve as the business lead for these opportunities and partner with and support teams as-needed to pilot
  • Source relevant and timely newsletter content and help to craft and deploy the team’s newsletter

AdTech Tool Onboarding:

  • Partner with AdTech platform leads to operationalize, document and cascade new AdTech platforms and capabilities to ELC brands and regions
  • Organize and host onboarding training sessions for new platforms and features
  • Serve as a day to day contact for troubleshooting issues

Competitive Analysis:

  • Research competitive landscape in AdTech identifying gaps and opportunities for ELC
  • Present findings to larger CART team and propose ways to fit within ELC tech stack

Reporting Support:

  • Manage creation + distribution of Media Value + Other social selling reporting
  • Identify gaps in reporting / performance measuring and push towards solution
