About the Role

ELC Online is seeking recent graduates to join us in an Associate, Ecommerce role.  Assigned to the Estee Lauder brand, the individual in this role will be provided on-the-job training for multiple sub-functions of Ecommerce.  Working alongside the North America Online team, this role will support email execution, promotions, site QA and testing, as well as digital marketing and site merchandising. 

Email & Site Assets:

  • Collaborate with Email Manager on marketing email planning, ensuring content priorities are aligned across the site for a seamless customer experience across tactics for both US & CA
  • Build weekly email recap
  • Utilize promotional plan and site reporting to own creative asset requests for homepages, on-site promotional assets, as well as any ad hoc special product photography requests


  • Partner with Ecommerce coordinator to assist on promotional builds
  • Build post-program recaps & analysis

QA testing:

  • QA test emails for accuracy prior to each send for both US and CA
  • Partner with Director & Ecommerce Coordinator to QA test on-site experience and promotions prior to each event

Customer Service:

  • Be the point of contact for EL Online Customer Service inquires

Digital Marketing:

  • Own weekly lower funnel tactic reporting and ad hoc reporting as needed
  • Work with internal functions (Creative, Copy, Marketing, Legal, etc) to coordinate & develop all copy and assets needed to support marketing channel programs
  • Assist with timely asset & copy turnover to agency and affiliate partners prior to events
  • Monitor competitive trends & promotional activity, assisting in adjusting programming as needed

Site Merchandising:

  • Complete daily site QA by device, auditing merchandising, site assets & checkout for both US and Canada
  • Assist with QA testing for new features & functionality on all devices
  • Assist with weekly out of stock and launch tracking reports
  • Partner with Site Merch Coordinator on new product launches or existing product updates
  • Shadow Site Merch Associate on US launch and promotional builds, localizing relevant builds & experiences for CA
  • Execute SEO updates in systems as needed
  • BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management or other applicable field
