Relax at lunch (or start your day, late risers) with a guide meditation session. We’ll focus on energizing you for the rest or your day. Whether you’re a relaxation novice or very seasoned you’ll enjoy a guided meditation full or rainbows, unicorns, and whatever else your LGBT heart desires. We’ll open the floor for you to share your own self-care practices with the community, as well.
