2016 Gala Theme and Sponsorships Announced
Save-the-date for the annual LGBT Network Gala on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. This year’s theme is “Studio 54” bringing back glitz and glamour from the disco era. Dress-to-impress for the red carpet entrance.
In a total departure from a traditional Gala, this year’s “Studio 54” themed event will feature vintage disco tunes, plenty of dancing, and lounge seating with a cocktail party format under a constellation of disco balls. The program will be kept short – just 20 minutes, so guests can mix, mingle, and boogie the night away on the dance floor.
Boogie Down Against Bullying
All are invited to “Boogie Down Against Bullying” to raise funds for the LGBT Network’s Safe Schools Initiative that delivers 300+ anti-bullying programs annually in more than 110 schools in Long Island and Queens. Learn more about the Safe Schools Initiative here.
New Sponsor Packages
The Studio 54 theme is reflected in an entirely new spectrum of sponsor packages, headlined by “VIP Party Lounges.” Titanium sponsors and higher receive the exclusive benefit of their own VIP Party Lounge with a reserved, roped-off lounge area. These packages include journal ads and additional marketing. Learn about sponsorships.
Gold sponsorships include a reserved Lucite high-top with seating for four within a large VIP lounge area. All sponsorships include open bar, hors d’oeuvres, and great food stations and acknowledgement on promotional materials, including the invite and web site. Learn about sponsorships.
Sign-on as a sponsor by Friday, March 18, 2016 to include your name or logo on the Gala invitation.
