Beyond Recovery: Building the Life You Want

This is a 4-week supportive, skills-based group for LGBT adults (ages 18+) in stable recovery (not currently using and not in crisis) who want to focus on growth, not just abstinence. This group helps us turn regained time and energy into habits, confidence, and a concrete plan for what’s next.

When active substance use has taken up emotional, mental, and financial energy, it can be hard to remember what you want for yourself, let alone how to move toward it. This group offers a supportive space to reconnect with (or discover) your goals, strengthen self-esteem, and build practical tools that help you follow through. 

4 consecutive Thursdays:   

Location:  Hauppauge LGBT Center 125 Kennedy Drive, Suite 100, Hauppauge 

Limited to 10 participants – registration required

For group and individual success, participants must commit to attending all four sessions.
