Syphilis is on the rise.
Syphilis rates are 40% higher than last year, and at least 67% of new male cases are among gay and bi men.
The Network is working to keep our community healthy through its prevention efforts, including education. The Network is letting gay and bi men know the three easy ways to help avoid and prevent syphilis: getting tested, knowing the signs and symptoms, and protecting yourself.
The Network can test you for syphilis at each of its centers, and provides information and education about syphilis on its web site. The Network also provides free safer sex materials including condoms.
